The Intelligent Sensors are sensors with a particular connector, suitable for a high number of devices, that has in its own electronics all the data regarding that sensor itself:
- analogic to digital conversion of the data;
- identifcation of the sensor (type, serial number);
- calibration data.
The recalibration process is extremely simplified; no need to unmount the whole system and send it back for recalibration, and no need to call a qualified person to verify the calibration of the sensors (this process is usually made on only one temperature point, which is not particulary accurate).
You will receive new calibrated sensors and you will just have to disconnect the ones with the expired calibration and connect the new ones. The system will automatically recognize the sensors and it will be instantly recalibrated.
