Spoon simulator

High temperature dataloggers can be used, along with standard control of production processes such as sterilisation and pasteurisation, also to monitor washing process of dish washers.
To replicate the same response time of cutlery, during process temperature control, it is possible to use the spoon simulator, a double stainless steel plate that fits on the 3 mm diameter Probes of PasteurCyl, SterilCyl and their Radio version.

The spoon simulator slows down the standard response time of the probe and makes it equal to the one of the cutlery, so that it is possibole to have the most reliable teperature curve.
If used on a PasteurCyl Radio it is possible to real time monitor the washing process using the USB Radio Receiver.
