People are the heart of Tecnosoft: Miguel

Today we introduce Miguel, who joined the Tecnosoft team a few months ago. In this interview, he shares his journey in the production team, the challenges he has faced, what he has learned from his colleagues, and his curiosity for the world of electronics and firmware.

 

How long have you been working at Tecnosoft and what do you do?

I have been working at Tecnosoft for about 4 months, where I am involved in the assembly of electronic components and equipment, progressively learning the company’s production processes.

 

At the beginning, what were the most difficult things for you?

The main challenges were achieving the required precision in assembly, soldering operations, and handling materials. With practice, I have gained more confidence and independence.

 

What was been most interesting thing you have experienced so far?

Repairing devices and troubleshooting: understanding the problem and finding a solution is a very stimulating activity.

 

How important has the support of your colleagues been?

It has been essential. By observing and working alongside experienced colleagues, I have learned techniques, working methods, and small details that are useful in my daily activities.

 

What would you like to learn in the coming months?

I would like to further improve my electronics knowledge, learn how to assemble new devices, and explore the world of firmware and circuit control.

 

What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy walking, travelling, listening to music, practicing foreign languages, and taking time to relax and recharge my energy.
