Today we introduce Silvia, Inside Sales, who shares her experience at Tecnosoft, what her role involves, and what drives her in her daily work.

 

How long have you been working at Tecnosoft and what do you do?

I have been working at Tecnosoft for 4 years as an Inside Sales. I manage the commercial side of customer relationships, handling requests, preparing quotations, and supporting clients in selecting the most suitable solutions for their needs.

 

In your Inside Sales role, which part of the sales cycle do you find most stimulating?

The most stimulating aspect for me is customer interaction and the opportunity to build trust over time. I enjoy understanding each client’s specific needs and finding the best solution for their goals.

 

How important is coordination with the technical and logistics teams in delivering good customer service?

It is essential. Strong communication between the commercial, technical and logistics teams allows us to handle requests quickly and effectively, avoiding issues and ensuring a reliable service. Teamwork truly makes the difference.

 

How do you help customers find the most suitable solution for their needs?

I focus on actively listening to their needs and asking targeted questions to fully understand the context and objectives. Based on this, I propose the most suitable solutions, balancing quality, timing, and budget.

 

Is there a situation or collaboration with colleagues or customers that you particularly remember with satisfaction?

I particularly remember situations where, thanks to strong collaboration between different departments and the customer, we successfully managed urgent or high-volume requests. Together, we identified the most effective solutions while respecting tight deadlines. These experiences reinforce the importance of teamwork in achieving concrete results.

 

What has this role taught you about managing customer relationship?

It has taught me the importance of listening, availability, and clear communication. Every customer has different needs, so building a relationship based on transparency and the ability to provide efficient solutions is essential.

 

Is there any activity outside of work that helps you disconnect and recharge?

Outside of work, I enjoy Latin American dancing. It helps me disconnect from daily routines, recharge, and have fun at the same time. It also keeps me energized and social.
