The training course “Principles and Applications of Food Sterilization,” organized by AITA Associazione Italiana di Tecnologia Alimentare, concluded in Milan on October 14th, 2026. We would like to thank AITA for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to contribute to such an interesting and valuable training experience.
During the practical session, Riccardo e Alberto R., representing Tecnosoft, guided participants through the use of temperature dataloggers and practical testing of heat penetration probes.
It was a pleasure to engage with industry professionals, share our expertise, and explore a key aspect of thermal processes: the response time of probes and its impact on the quality and reliability of acquired data.
The participants’ engagement and interest made this experience particularly rewarding, highlighting the importance of training that combines theoretical knowledge, practical applications, and direct exchange of expertise.
At Tecnosoft, sharing knowledge means helping professionals better understand measurement technologies and supporting them in their everyday work.
