When will I receive the logger under maintenance back here?

The devices sent for maintenance are taken over the day after the day they are received. First of all they are inspected and then a quote is sent to the customer that shows the interventions required by the same, such as, for example, recalibration, and necessary interventions such as, for example, battery change and repairs. No maintenance is carried out unless it has been previously approved by the customer with an order or a confirmation of the quote, with the subsequent sending of the order confirmation by Tecnosoft. It may happen that during the first inspection that verifies the logger and its operation at room temperature no problems are detected that instead are highlighted during the calibration phase by bringing the logger to all the temperatures of its operating range. In this case, an additional quote may be necessary, which in turn will require an order from the customer with longer delivery times.
