The logger / sensor has an operating temperature range but the accuracy is valid in another range: why?
The data loggers, whether they have the calibration included or on request, are calibrated on standard points in order to standardize the calibration processes themselves. The standard points are chosen either to cover as much as possible or complete the operating range, or are targeted towards the applications in which the loggers are mostly used.
