USB protection key error message
If, when starting the TS Manager, an error message appears requesting you to insert a USB protection key, you must check that the key that was delivered to you when you purchased your validation system is actually inserted into a USB port on your PC.
If you have not purchased the TS Manager software you will not have this key. You can still use other software, depending on the loggers you have purchased: SPD or HumiPressureDisk.
If the key is inserted but the message appears anyway, it means that it is damaged: in this case, contact Tecnosoft assistance.
