What a mission is?
Mission means a series of acquisitions recorded by the same data logger in a specific period of time. The data loggers, in fact, must be started with a specific acquisition rate, that is, every how much data must be recorded. Once data has been recorded, they are saved in memory until it is stopped and downloaded. This sequence of data recorded precisely sequentially by the same data logger in a precise period of time is called mission.
