I cannot send the email/don’t receive the email

If for any reason the software does not allow to send the email, check if your firewall is blocking it. If the problem still occurs, capture a screenshot of the filled form, register to our support website support.tecnosoft.eu and open an assistance request ticket and attach the captured screenshot. Our technicians will provide you the activation code.
If you don’t find the email with the registration code, check your spam folder before contacting Tecnosoft assistance.
