I need the primary instrument certificate

On the Assistance & Support Tecnosoft website the reference certificates are available too. For many certificates, certainly for those from 01/01/2019, you will also find a symbol under the column REFERENCES. Clicking on that symbol will download the certificate of the primary instrument related to your logger's certificate. This is the instrument certificate with which Tecnosoft calibrates its data loggers, calibrated by an accredited laboratory. Some data loggers may have more than one reference certificate, depending on the type of calibration performed (for example, temperature and humidity).
