When are you going to ship my order?

Delivery times for orders are indicated on the order confirmation that was sent to your email address. If you have confirmed a quote and have not yet received the order confirmation contact your commercial reference at Tecnosoft or write to [email protected] within two days or check that the payment terms do not include advance payment: in this case the order confirmation will be sent only after the payment has been performed.
