Tecnosoft software requires you to fill in a registration form when first starting up on a new PC. The registration of the software is used to use the software: an activation code is sent via email with which you can activate your license. All data collected is stored according to the European privacy directive (GDPR). Registration allows Tecnosoft to provide a more precise and immediate assistance service. The user can also allow the completely anonymous collection of the diagnostic data of the software and of the systems themselves: these data are completely disconnected from the registration data. By allowing Tecnosoft to anonymously collect system usage data, including the data recorded by the data loggers and any notes entered, but only any errors or anomalies, you allow Tecnosoft to improve its technical assistance service, improve the software and even prevent possible problems.
